Antrim 1844
Taneytown, Maryland, USA.

Built in 1844 (as the name suggests), this country house hotel features 9 bedrooms within the original property, and 27 more within outbuildings and associated properties. Those located in the original mansion include the Boyd Room, Clabaugh Room, and Boucher Suite.
Unsurprisingly, the house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and it was here that General George Meade of the Union Army based his headquarters before victory at Gettysburg in 1863.
The hotel boasts a noted restaurant, The Smokehouse, and the “Pickwick Pub”.
Washington DC, Philadelphia and Baltimore are all within reasonable driving distance.
